On February 20TH 2024 we launched the new project “Road to Job by IMESA”. This is a project in which we strongly believe, an itinerant formula that will take us through different professional schools in Veneto and will offer us the precious opportunity to meet a large number of students and to be able to transmit them our experience, our knowledge and our passion for the business world, in particular the engineering industry.
In occasion of the first date at Istituto Professionale SFP Turazza in Treviso, the IMESA team composed of Alessia Miotto, Flavio Cincotto, Mattia Marcuzzo, Giovanni Buratto, Jessica Marcuzzo and Lucia Scalon had the honor of meeting students from the second and third classes.
In a day full of inspiration and desire to learn, we shared with students our know-how and our experiences both in the production field and in the Human Resource branch. Flavio and Mattia have revealed the secrets of a correct production of the drum mounted on our industrial washing machines, while Giovanni introduced the principles of lean production talking about production, value and waste reduction. Jessica and Lucia presented the school/work landscape and the real opportunities that IMESA offers.
This project is part of our constant commitment to the promotion of STEAM fields and school/company collaboration; supporting young talents in their journey towards the working world is for us an activity of primary importance; we strongly believe in the power of education and in the value of dialogue between the academic environment and the industrial sector.
