Consult through the Tap.Tech label with NFC technology the main technical information related to the washing machine and access the technical assistance area.

Laundry For You is the IMESA app for dealers and laundry managers, allowing them to monitor and manage machines, as well as access a portal to create personalized news and promotions.

The app consists of three main sections:

Statistics: monitor the performance of the washers and dryers, consumption, washing cycles, and other parameters.
Technical Information: view the main technical information about the washing machines by reading the Tap.Tech label and access the Technical Assistance Ticket opening service.
News & Community: a section designed to inform and update.
