Electric heat pump for ES GREEN tumble dryers
The electric heat pump mounted on the ES GREEN dryers is composed of two heat exchangers.
The first one has the function of cooling the air circulating in the drying system in order to eliminate the humidity absorbed by the linen, while the second exchanger raises again the temperature of the dry air that, heating, returns to absorb new humidity.
The temperature of the air and gas in circulation is controlled by means of temperature sensors.
The working temperature in a heat pump dryer never reaches high temperatures and, in the face of cycles with slightly longer times, electrical consumption is lower than in a dryer with alternative forms of supply.
No emissions to the outside: ES GREEN can therefore be installed even in a closed environment.
